Who operates SandiaSpells

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, SandiaSpells may process affirmation prompts, goals, tone and style choices, generated text, voice recordings you choose to provide, generated audio, track settings, account and subscription information, usage limits, and technical diagnostics.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and improve affirmation generation, voice and audio features, account access, subscriptions, usage limits, support, reliability, and abuse prevention.

AI and service providers

Some features may send the content needed to fulfill your request to cloud AI, voice, hosting, analytics, or payment providers. Provider credentials are kept on SandiaSpells systems, not inside the app. We aim to send only what is needed for the feature you choose.

Local information

Some settings, schedules, playback progress, habits, and generated media may remain on your device. Removing the app or using in-app deletion tools can remove app-owned local information, subject to platform backup behavior.

Retention and deletion

Information may be cached or retained to operate the service, enforce limits, diagnose failures, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. To request deletion of associated service records, follow the account and data deletion instructions.

Payments

Subscriptions and purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or another platform. SandiaSpells may receive and retain entitlement information, but platform payment details are handled by the applicable payment provider.

Children

SandiaSpells is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Wellness notice

SandiaSpells is a general wellness and reflection tool. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above shows the current version.
